I am aware of some ladies who've been living under this diagnosis for some time, other what have departed a good deal sooner. I don't want to be gloomy but what, in your experience is the best way of talking to elderly relatives who are intent on planning your funeral and keep crying every time they see you. I'm trying to stay upbeat but am finding it very difficult.
