Dengue, plus question about fruits and vegetables

Hi,

We are going in a few days to Martinique. All the health websites suggest that you need to be covered up to avoid dengue. Any suggestions what to wear in a humid climate that will also keep you "covered up"? When I look at the photos of Martinique, it seems like tourists are wearing shorts, dresses, and tank tops!
